Where We Ship From All orders are shipped from Hong Kong and China. We work with trusted carriers to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–30 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.
